“The reception staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They clearly lacked basic communication skills and did not know how to speak to patients respectfully. The way they behaved was completely unacceptable for a medical center. Very disappointing experience. The management should seriously consider training their reception staff in basic professionalism, communication, and patient service. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.”
